“Had to stay in the Cape Town CBD for business and Townhouse was the closest to the meeting venue. What a pleasant surprise! Service was incredible, from the airport pick up, to check in and transport arrangements, so kudos to the team. Stayed in room 205 and was initially concerned that it is too close to the road, with possible road noise. Turned out to be a gorgeous, large room, with a huge balcony, and perfectly appointed. Very quiet, very comfy bed. Will certainly return to this hotel if I have to stay in the CBD again.”

“Just a short note to express my gratitude and compliments to your staff at Townhouse, especially Staci at the front desk. She has been enormously helpful with everything from the gym, to getting prescriptions refilled to helping me and my family find good restaurants around. Staci is a gem of an employee among many others, including the restaurant. Please give her my kudos and give her a raise!”
