“An excellent hotel. The staff are very obliging, the food is very tasty, especially the free dessert at dinner. Rooms extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.”

“The place has a very ambient feel with is the choice of colours and friendly check in attendant. I was offered a high room with a gorgeous view of the table mountain. The room was very tidy and quiet. Location is good as it is easily accessible to most city attractions.”

“After falling unwell, I returned to the hotel to rest, having checked out already. I asked to book another room for another night as my flight was late at night and I needed to lay down. I fell asleep on the chair in the foyer and was woken up to tell me that a room had been made ready for me. I spent 5 hours asleep in the room and went downstairs to pay, before I had to depart to go to the airport. The lovely desk staff waived my charge for that day as they saw how unwell I was. This is just another example of the excellent service that I received at the Townhouse. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and the staff were beyond hospitable. I had room service as I was too unwell to go out and the food was delicious. The breakfast was lovely in the morning and the service there too was impeccable. I would recommend the Townhouse to anyone – I’ve never stayed somewhere with such lovely staff. Despite being a large hotel, I felt the personal touch, and didn’t feel like just another guest.”

“Location was great as it made it easy to move around the City Bowl. The staff was really friendly and professional, always willing to assist and go the extra mile. I was also happy with the fact that the hotel was willing to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out coz we still had some tours left.”
