What our Visitors Say
” Good: I love this hotel, home from home in Cape Town “
” I stayed 6 nights at the Townhouse Hotel and I had a really nice stay. Everything was smooth. The airport pickup, check-in, reception desk, breakfast, bar (not overpriced!), (late) check-out were all flawless. No complains at all. I stayed at a double room on the 9th floor (902) with a view to the Table Mountain. The room was large and comfortable. And every evening you are welcome with fresh water bottles in your room – a nice extra after a day out. Internet is decent. The hotel is located in downtown. The V&A Waterfront is 10 minutes away by car in one direction (a 45 ZAR Uber ride), and the Gardens (where a lot of good restaurants are located) 10 minutes on another direction. The best of being downtown is that you will mostly like be traveling against the heavy traffic in the mornings and evenings! “
” This is a great hotel with friendly staff, clean modern rooms and a great restaurant for both dinner and breakfast “
” The hotel is situated right in the center of Cape Town. 15-20 mins by cab to water front and 30 min to go to Canal Walk. The rooms are good and also good bedding specially when over for work. The staff are very friendly and helpful.”
” We stayed at the Townhouse Hotel for 3 nights and found it to be clean, comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Hotel is centrally located and the meals were excellent. The bar opposite reception was a lovely place to catch up with our friends who traveled with us and a good area for our meet and greet before starting our Jenman Tour. “
