What our Visitors Say
” Staff throughout the hotel were amazing, friendly and always addressed me by name with a 😊. Enjoyed my first visit so much I returned a day earlier before catching my flight back home to Australia.I asked for extra milk tea & sugar every day and it was there when I returned to my room👏.Now I know where to stay when I return to South Africa. GREAT JOB EVERYONE. “
” Very nice hotel near Parliament. Lovely spaces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Safe parking available at cost, which assisted with stress free travel. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious with more than enough choices. I will definitely return. Overall we had a very good experience. No negatives.”
” We arrived mid morning after an over night flight. Unfortunately we could not be checked in early as the hotel had been busy the night before & the rooms were not ready. We had coffee in the lounge whilst we decided what to do. Our bags were taken care of & we ventured out. The Company Gardens are nearby & took a stroll there & had some lunch. Returning to the hotel around 1.30pm our room was ready & our bags delivered to the room without fuss. As previously commented the rooms are well appointed & much like many city centre 4 star hotels. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant one evening & although it was quite quiet, hence not too much atmosphere the food was excellent & well priced. Overall the staff were very pleasant & most helpful. “
” Was at the Trees Restaurant. Absolutely amazing! Staff was great and the food was better. Atmosphere was calm. Will most definitely will be going there again. “
” Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, great location and good food. “
