What our Visitors Say
” Great restaurant with yummy breakfasts. Friendly staff. Large rooms. “
” Cosy hotel with a very high quality service. Very helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast and great location in the city center (but not next to busy roads!). I’d definitely stay there again when back to Cape Town 🙂 “
” Very nice room on a high floor, nice view. The staff were amazing, always quick with an answer to any questions. Terrific breakfast. Inexpensive taxis to take you where you want to go. Each evening we went to the Victoria and Albert waterfront and the staff were sure to tell us the taxi rate in advance. We were with on a tour and stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is central to most things you want to see. On the last night of our tour we had the farewell dinner and it was awesome. The dessert was an art creation in itself. Highly recommended. ”
” Everything, the location, breakfast and the staff members were very friendly.”
” Hello Townhouse staff, it’s been a week since we checked out on your hotel. I would say you guys did a wonderful job maintaining the hotel facilities during our stay. Staff are nice. Robyn the front desk helped us a lot with all our tours. She gave us important insights about Capetown and especially the tours we’ve been to. She patiently attended to all our inquiries, so she’s an asset to the company. We would also like to thank, Townhouse Hotel for granting our email request for our preferred room type to stay. We stayed at 9th floor, room 906 and we were happy about it cause it was quite spacious for a 10 day stay with you. The table mountain view was a daily view in our room whenever we wake up. Although the breakfast they serve is always the same for the past 10 days we stayed, but their coffee and the freshly baked, crisp croissants we’re my super favorite, even a lot better than French croissants. The rooms were kept clean and bed sheets were changed whenever we request for cleaning, as i am aware that they have water crisis in the country. The parking lot connected next door to the hotel was safe and secured. Hotel is near to everything and to the main attractions in the city center, we had our own rented car which was really a good idea. Thank you once again, Townhouse hotel! You made our stay a memorable one. Cheers from Qatar and Germany! “
