What our Visitors Say About Us

“The staff of the Townhouse Hotel is the best I’ve ever experienced. Every single person I dealt with during my 8-night stay was professional and friendly and capable. My room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Breakfast was good, even for a picky vegan.”

“Great Business Training venue, Parking was a breeze and Lunch was excellent.”

“I stayed here recently for 5 nights to see the sights of Cape Town and to have easy access to the Cape of Good Hope. The hotel is located about a 30 minute drive from the Airport. Fast, seamless check-in from a professional staff member. Allocated a corner room on the 5th floor which had a nice view of Table Mountain. Very well appointed room with everything you could need including an electronic safe. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel has a lobby bar with a good selection on the menu, also a restaurant which doubles as the breakfast room. Lovely staff, nothing was ever a problem, they were always courteous, friendly and polite. The hotel represented great value for money, I paid about $90 AUD per night including breakfast which was awesome. Thanks to everyone at the Townhouse Hotel for making my visit to Cape Town so enjoyable and memorable. Tip: The V&A Waterfront district is about 15 minutes away by taxi, this is where I spent most of my down time.”

“Really nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, good food. Staff very pleasant and helpful, particularly the guy on the bar who had a good selection of malt whisky! Steak in restaurant was first class. No problem walking around the very central area of the city during the day. Close to main tourist sites. Even walked to the V and A but taxi back at night.”

640geoh from Edinburgh, United Kingdom - 19 September 2018, TripAdvisor

“Its an absolutely awesome place. I love the welcome, friendly staff. They are warm and friendly. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. Enjoy and loving the jazz music playing.”
