“Elegant, the decor is so beautiful, the beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby. The conference room was well organised, the food was great and well presented. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Well done to all the staff.”

I simply loved this place!
“Great room, great bathroom, great restaurant, great staff, great breakfast. I can’t say enough about this lovely four-star hotel. Initially, I was not impressed with the location. This proved to be false as we found ourselves in the historic area among restaurants and interesting districts. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We were within walking distance to Long Street where you can book walking tours plus there is a hop on hop off bus pickup. If you get the chance visit Eastern Food Bazaar. You will smell the wonderful aromas a block away”

“They have done a complete remodel since the last time I stayed here. The room was lovely and modern. Not crazy about their bath products (Rhys) but I just went and bought some others. Since they were conserving water while I was there, there was a bucket in my room to catch up random water — what a great idea! Loved their conservation efforts! Breakfast was lovely and staff was very nice. I will stay here again when working in Cape Town. Great location, nice staff and good rooms.”

Great hotel, smack bang in the city centre!
“We stayed at the Townhouse Hotel from May 17th to 21st 2017. We stayed on the 12th floor and had stunning views from our room of Table Mountain. On arrival, the reception staff and concierge were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Lawrence :). Our room was spotless as was the bathroom and the bed was very comfy! The bar in the hotel was a little pricey but to be expected for a city centre hotel. The breakfast was very good/large selection to choose from. The hotel itself is a few minutes’ walk from Long Street which is perfect for going out for dinner/lunch/drinks and you can also get the City Sightseeing Bus from here too. Wi-Fi was free of charge and the connectivity was really good. Can’t say enough about this excellent hotel and would definitely stay again/recommend!”
