What our Visitors Say About Us

“Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and to accommodate me. Due to delayed flights they also were able to change my booking with minimal notice.”

Beata from Qatar - 24 July 2018,

“From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse Hotel. Friendly, accommodating, and welcoming staff. We were allowed to have later check-out than usual which was really helpful. The hotel is clean and modern and the room very very comfortable. Wifi reliable and TV with good range of channels. Within walking distance of nice coffee places and several museums. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

“My stay at the hotel was the best. Friendly and very caring staff. Room was lovely with modern decor and very quiet. Hotel is easy to find and very central. Lots of places are within walking distance Ie: Cape Town Botanical Gardens, Green Market Square, Museum and a short drive to the V&A Waterfront. Breakfast was lovely. Had dinner at hotel on 1 occasion and they didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return next year 👍”

“The Townhouse Hotel met all of my expectations and needs. The restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. It is also centrally located and easy to walk to the nearby street market and Gardens. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night, though, and I would not recommend walking alone once it dark, but it’s easy to get an Uber.”
