The Cape Town weather might be chilly but our restaurant has a winter special to warm the hearts of chocaholics. For the month of July, Trees Restaurant will be serving a three-course dinner chock-full of delicious creativity, infused throughout with Von Geusau and Cocoa Fair chocolate, and optionally paired with exquisite Waterford Estate wines.

Chocolate month_hot chocolateIf you need a chocolatey fix but can’t wait until dinnertime, pop in to the Trees Café and top up with the yummiest hot chocolate in town. Go for the heavenly treat by adding a topping of your choice (marshmallows, Astros, peppermint crisps, cookies, honeycomb) or be tempted by the wickedly wonderful version (with a dash of Frangelico, Kahlua, Amarula or Amaretto).

There will also be chocolate cocktails and organic brownies on offer.

Venison loin fried with a hint of cinnamon, butternut fondant, pickled baby beet, cranberries, exotic mushroom vinaigrette & dark-chocolate scented jus.
